ABOUT THE COURSE

The YBYB Complete Antenatal and Hypnobirthing Course is a comprehensive weekend and evening antenatal programme consisting of 4 informative and interactive group modules.

The YBYB Complete Antenatal and Hypnobirthing Course is held in person in comfortable locations in Hale WA15 and Knutsford WA16.

If you can’t get to either venue, if your birth is imminent or you just prefer a live online course please get in touch for daytime or evening sessions.

I can also come to your home to do a bespoke 1-1 course with content and times to suit you – either over a few hours, a few days or a few weeks – depending on what works best for you.

Contact me for prices which vary according to travel costs and which content you want to focus on.

WHEN TO BOOK

Ideally, aim to attend any time from around 20 weeks as the relaxation and breathing techniques need to be instinctive to provide the most benefit, and that comes best with practice.

You will also get longer to enjoy the benefits of your new knowledge-base and skills during your pregnancy.

If you have come across this complete antenatal and hypnobirthing course later on into your pregnancy, you can of course still benefit from the valuable insight, knowledge and skills that all come together to help you to make informed decisions that feel right for you, your birth partner and your baby.

YBYB operates within a Covid secure environment due to having a rigorous health and safety policy, put into place following an extensive risk assessment. When necessary, strict adherence to social distancing, hand hygiene, room ventilation and an enhanced cleaning regime enables us to continue, whilst promoting the safety of participants by minimising the risk of infection. Full policy available on request.
